Email Reliability

Safefunds prides itself on providing the finest personal service to our members. Imagine our embarrassment when our email provider, Network Solutions, one of the largest and one of the first Internet registrars and hosting services, lost our ability to receive email on April 7th. Apparently, the claim of 99.7% up time is not quite realistic. Of course this interruption had no effect on the secure Safefunds member server. We do not trust anyone except ourselves with that information. However, we certainly apologize to our many members for the inconvenience and what may have appeared to be our failure to respond to their mail to us.
