Once again, another big hack of personal information. Today, Experian, the great keeper of secure credit information for just about everyone, announced they had been hacked for two years worth of T-Mobile applications.


With their state of the art security, they lost social security, credit card, and banking information for about 15,000 people - some of it lost two years ago.


Oops!  Maybe they'll give the victims a year of free Experian credit monitoring.

With the sudden excitement over the "hacking" of private pictures of celebrities from the Apple iCloud, it seems that people are coming out of the clouds and being surprised about how data processing really works. Sure enough the CLOUD is just a bunch of computers with a bunch of storage being controlled by a bunch of folks no brighter than anyone else. It's a business like any other with costs to control like any other.

Sure enough the "brilliant" gurus at Apple forgot to put simple code in their system to disable accounts after the user could not sign on a number of times. A simple human error, everyone makes them. There is no magic in the cloud. Safefunds members NEVER send money to a seller. Money is only sent to a member's own Safefunds  account using the instructions on the secure members' website.

It's a typical Moneygram scam , telling buyers to send personal Moneygrams to their authorized escrow agent. We are working with law enforcement in Australia to stop this fraud.
