Investor Services

Safefunds is perfect for private offerings raising capital from multiple investors. We provide the third party service to make both sides of the deal comfortable. Based on the offering agreement, Safefunds will accumulate the funds from the potential investors and hold the funds securely until the defined amount is raised. We will then distribute the funds as called for in the agreement. If the trigger is not reached, we return the funds to the source parties. Everyone is kept in the loop at all times.
